Order Processing Time
All orders placed on Aagam are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Rest of India: 4-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to external factors such as weather conditions and courier delays.
Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders above ₹2,999. For orders below this amount, a standard flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied at checkout.

To ensure safe and timely delivery of your luxury items, Aagam partners with premium and reliable courier services including BlueDart, Delhivery, and express postal services. All shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep.
Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
