Return Window

We want you to love your Aagam purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The return request must be initiated within this 7-day window. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original premium packaging with all tags, certificates of authenticity, and protective seals completely intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings, nose rings)
• Customized, engraved, or personalized items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. Do not remove any tags. We will arrange a reverse pickup and process an immediate exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.
